General Dr Zahid is a graduate of National Defense University Islamabad, Command & Staff College Quetta and Peoples Liberation Army Command College, China. An alumni of Near East South Asia Centre for Strategic Studies, Washington DC & Cranfield University, UK. Retired from Pakistan Army in 2018.
A Scholar at Heart with four Master Degrees (1) Political Science (2) History (3) Defense & Strategic Studies (4) War Studies. Also holds M Phil Degree in (Peace & Conflict Studies) with distinction and is winner Chancellor’s Gold Medal. Has done his Doctorate in Diplomacy from Peking University in 2019.
He has vast experience of lecturing in USA, UK and Chinese Universities and thinktanks. Has also remained a visiting professor with Sichuan University and senior research fellow with Beijing Foreign Studies University.
Has taught graduate and doctoral courses at National Defence University (NDU), National University of Science and Technology(NUST) and National University Modern Languages (NUML) , Islamabad. Currently teaches in Islamabad and is a visiting Professor with Sichuan University.
His affiliation with China spans over more than two decades with extensive academic network. His intellectual endeavors are now focused on developing comprehensive academic cooperation with Chinese Universities for Pakistani students.

Zarrar is a seasoned marketing professional with over eight years of experience. He has previously held key positions at Fauji Fertilizer, GCS Private Limited, and Askari, where he has demonstrated exceptional marketing expertise.
Throughout his career, Zarrar has successfully executed numerous marketing campaigns, resulting in significant growth and revenue for his employers. He is a highly skilled marketer with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends. Zarrar is a graduate of Marketing, holding both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in the field.
Umar Zahid

Umar is a highly experienced consultant with over five years of experience in analytics, research, and growth roles. In addition to his work at REPCON, Umar also serves as a consultant at Eclipse AI, a B2B SaaS platform. Before joining Eclipse, Umar was the senior growth manager at AWT Investments, where he managed PKR 20 Billion Assets Under Management (AUMs).
Umar holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) and a Master's in Management from the Australian National University. He is also pursuing a Ph.D. from the University of International Business and Economics from China.
